Product Introduction:
Ultrasonic level transmitter is a distance measuring instrument developed on the basis of ultrasonic principle. It calculates the distance by measuring the time at the receiving end of the transmitted acoustic pulse. The case of the whole machine is made of ABS material, which has the characteristics of light weight, no moving parts, strong and durable, and does not need maintenance and on-site calibration, can be used with the computer, data collector or other acquisition equipment with RS485 consistent. It is widely used in industrial water tank, tank, municipal engineering, water conservancy and hydropower, sewage treatment, petrochemical and other industries and other environmental level distance measurement.

Attention:
First, remove the rotary nut and a layer of rubber ring at the bottom of the equipment, and then fix the equipment to the probe fixing plate. Finally, install the rubber ring and rotary nut.
The probe transmitting surface should be lower than the bottom of the nozzle, and the axis of the sensor should be perpendicular to the measured surface as far as possible. When the side wall is smooth, the distance between the probe and the side wall should not be less than the measuring range *tan10, such as 5 meters measuring range, the distance between the probe and the side wall should not be less than 0.9 meters; When the side wall is rough and uneven, a large number of false echoes will be generated. In this case, the distance between the probe and the side wall should not be less than the measuring range *tan20. For example, the distance between the probe and the side wall should not be less than 1.8 meters for the measuring range of 5 meters.
Avoid any other objects, such as pipes, supports, etc. inside the launch Angle of the probe.
The ultrasonic wave will attenuate in the case of dust, mist and liquid level corrugation. It is necessary to use a large range ultrasonic probe appropriately.
The measuring position of the probe should be avoided directly below the position with violent fluctuations.
FAQs:
1. How does the water level sensor work?
Static pressure measurement principle: when the liquid level transmitter into the measured liquid a certain depth, the sensor for the liquid level pressure formula is as follows: ρ=ρ.gH Po formula:
Pressure on P: transmitter to liquid level
ρ : density of the measured liquid
g: local gravitational acceleration
Atmospheric pressure on Po: surface
Depth H: Transmitter enters liquid
At the same time, the pressure of the liquid is introduced into the positive pressure chamber of the sensor through the air guiding stainless steel. The atmospheric pressure Po on the level is connected with the negative pressure chamber of the sensor to offset the Po on the back of the sensor
The pressure measured by the sensor is ρ.gH, the depth of the liquid level can be obtained by measuring the pressure P.
2. What are the types of water level sensors?
It is divided into two categories: one is contact type, including single flange differential pressure level sensor, float level sensor, magnetic level sensor, input level sensor, electric internal float level sensor, electric float level sensor, electronic water level meter, magnetostrictive level sensor, servo level sensor, etc. The second type is non-contact, which is divided into ultrasonic level sensor, radar level sensor and so on.
